Who We Are?
DreamaniacTV, of INTENT!ONAL Dreamaniac Media is a non-commercial passion project created by Szebastian Onne G. S. (the co-founder and CEO of INTENTIONAL supported by their co-founders (Santosh, Sue Ryan and Eddie) and several volunteers who make this passion project a dream come true, to serve the community at large.
DreamaniacTV is an inclusive platform for the Champions from all walks of life to share their inspiring and empowering stories and journey with the world to build each other up! No Money involved whatsoever – it is all heart and time!
Our Mission
Our aim is to be one of the most inclusive, diverse and supportive platform where leaders of change from all walks of life can come together to share their message and experiences to enable and empower fellow humans to Dream Big and Make It Happen.
We want to reach every nook and corner of this world, and be seen, heard and loved by every home, for being a safe space to express, share and exchange ideas that can make this planet a better place every single day. Our soul purpose is to get your story out there, unafraid, unashamed and unapologetically!
6 Pillars of CIPHER Values
Dreamaniac TV operates on the 6 Pillar Values that we call CIPHER, which stands for Compassionate, Inclusive, Progressive, Harmonious, Empowering and Recognizing our Guests, Audiences and Volunteers alike. We do not engage in, entertain or tolerate hate-speech, disinformation, misinformation, propaganda, oppression, bullying, trolling, harassment or similar behavior in our team, content, and processes. We only invite guests who understand, value, and align with these values. We are a Team that is Family and a Family that is team, hence we are a TEAMily, that cares for each other and the broader community. For us, message, empowerment and confidence that our shows can instill in individuals and communities at large, are the very reason, force and dream that drives us.
We are not about vanity, we will never be. We are about Kindness, Support, Paying Forward, Harmony, Love and Compassion. We are about building each-other up without ego, arrogance or superficiality. If you want to create a better world with utmost humility, we are your people!
Our History
In 2010, while involved with charity and community work, Szebastian came across many people who had powerful stories but no easy platform to share it on. It was either all too hard to get in, or too expensive or too technical. It discouraged lot of people from getting their message out there. So Szebastian started a blog where they interviewed a Soloist from Mouline Rouge (Paris), an International Celebrity Photographer (Melbourne & New York), a cosmopolitan Charity Worker (Melbourne, & Africa), an International Choreographer (UK) and many more.
They started sharing those interviews in Digital Print, on what was then called The Urban Worldwide. In 2011 they started a YouTube Channel that picked up pace really fast and had a massive following at the time (read what happened) but in 2014 the channel was deleted. Szebastian did not stop but changed how they were doing things. In in interim in 2013 Dreamaniac was found as a Lifestyle Website. They started using all avenues on social media to share inspiring content and stories.
In 2016 they were finally back on LIVE video again. In 2018 however, they decided it was time to reform Dreamaniac into a platform for Champions and Change Makers who are making this world a bigger, better, bolder place by their wisdom, advocacy and more – Dreamaniac Lifestyle became Dreamaniac TV with a pledge to remain non-commercial for life.
Every since Dreamaniac has been sharing stories via LIVE and Recorded Video and Audio Podcasts on all major platforms. Towards the end of 2019, Szebastian decided to reorganize Dreamaniac as there were pressures from within from a then colleague to commercialize Dreamaniac. Szebastian decided to part ways and keep their word on keeping Dreamaniac money-free forever. It continues to be so even today and continues to share messages of empowerment, diversity, inclusion, self-development and more through many talk-shows and podcasts.

Who we are NOT!
Who we are not? If you are after quick-fame, social ROI, seeking fame and rewards, we are not your people. We don’t care about the viewership statistics, celebrity status, or personal egos. For us, every episode that can turn a frown into a smile or hopelessness into dreams, is the complete reward and traction that we ever seek. If you are after ‘numbers’ and ‘fame’, we are not the platform for you.
