Although, we are not for everyone and we are INTENTIONAL about it. Read these FAQs before you apply so you can see if you are aligned with our 6 Pillars of CIPHER values. Also, we are all about building each other up as community and fostering ongoing relationships – if you are looking for a one-night-stand (interview and forget), we are not the bae for you!
IMPORTACT FACTS YOU MUST NOTE
1. This is the PRE-SELECTION application and does not guarantee an appearance. We will reach out to you within 7 days if short-listed after AATA.
2. After AATA Process, we reserve the right to decide which show/event and if an invite will be extended, at our own discretion.
3. We are an Inclusive, Multi-Platform, Transformational community and make our decisions based on our 6 Pillars of CIPHER values.
4. By applying, you understand that there is no paid collaboration involved. WE DO NOT PAY OR CHARGE.
5. You must review, understand the Media Release Alignment Agreement and AATA Process and by continuing you agree to these.
6. You will need to connect and remain connected with our Core Team and Platforms in order to have your shows distributed.
7. We reserve the right to remove your content, revoke your invite and bar you from our network should we have reasons to believe your actions are not in alignment with our CIPHER values.
